"Most employers got back to me..."
Most employers got back to me faster than I thought they would, honestly. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting quick replies, but like I said, it ended up being a smooth experience...

"Works, but feels a little clunky"
I used Poached Jobs to look around for jobs, and reading between the lines, it feels like the site gets the basic job done but could use some polishing. Searching was fine enough, but the filters felt limited, and a few pages loaded in a weird or slow way. It’s not unusable by any means, just not the smoothest or easiest site to deal with.

"I’ve used Poached a handful of times now..."
I’ve used Poached a handful of times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience with it. The applicants we got were generally stronger than what I’ve seen on a few other job sites, especially when it came to people who actually had restaurant experience. Of course, not everyone ended up being the right fit, and we still had a couple of no-shows, which was frustrating. But it did help us move faster and fill positions without as much digging around. I’d definitely use it again

"A little too expensive for the results"
I tried poachedjobs for a bit and, you know, totally calm about it, but the price felt steep for what I actually got back. The site itself was simple enough to use, so no drama there, but I just didn’t see many strong applicants come through.
Maybe it’s better if you’re hiring in a bigger city or a busier market. For me though, the value wasn’t really there. I’d consider using it again if the pricing was lower or had more flexible options

"I was surprised how quickly our post started..."
I was surprised how quickly our post started getting seen. It pulled in a lot of views and worked well for what we needed. Then suddenly I was like, wait, are people actually paying attention to this? Yeah, overall, happy with it.

"Helpful alerts, but the timing could be better..."
A few of the alerts were actually helpful, but some of them showed up a bit too late to really matter. It’s not bad, just feels like the timing could be more consistent...

"Good listings, but I’m side-eyeing the missing details"
I’ve been using Poached to look at restaurant and bar jobs, the listings are solid. A lot of them actually seem current and real, which is weirdly refreshing because some job sites feel like they’re just recycling ghost posts from a secret underground server somewhere.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that some posts are suspiciously light on pay or schedule info, like someone in a back room decided we don’t need the full picture yet. Still, it’s easy to browse, and I’d definitely keep checking it if you’re job hunting.

"Helpful for restaurant work, but a little frustrating"
I used it to find a few server gigs, so it definitely helped on that front. The only thing is that sometimes replies took a while, and I found myself just waiting around feeling kind of stuck, like I couldn’t really move on until I heard back

"Overall, I’d say it’s been pretty..."
Overall, I’d say it’s been good. I’ve gotten way fewer scam messages here compared to other job sites I’ve used, which is a relief. Nothing fancy to complain about, it works fine and does what I need it to do.

"Super easy to apply!!"
I used it to apply for a couple of restaurant jobs, and it was simple!! Uploading my info didn’t take long at all, and I actually heard back way sooner than I thought I would.

"Surprisingly Reliable"
I wasn’t expecting much at first, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The site works well most days, and it’s been easy enough to use without much hassle

"Profile tools are fine, but am I missing something with the resume editor?"
The profile tools are useful overall, but the resume editing part feels a bit clunky to me at times. Am I missing something, or is it just not as smooth as the rest of the platform?

"Helpful for finding local restaurant work"
I found a bunch of nearby kitchen and server jobs on here that I never saw on the bigger job sites. It was easy to see what was close to me before applying, which saved me some time. Weirdly, I still remember one listing mentioning free pickles during shifts, but the site did what I needed

"Good support, just a little slow though"
They helped me out and, uh, got things sorted quickly overall. It was just a little slow at first, but the support was good.
